Keane - Spiralling
I downloaded this song expecting it to be some droll generic-feeling pop nonsense like "Somewhere only we know". Actually, it's completely not!
It's quite an energetic bit of music, and hopefully the rest of their new album Perfect Symmetry will be much of the same. From what they say on their website it looks like they've taken a different direction in making this album, changing the way they create the songs and being more experimental. The album's going to be out 13th October.

Hilltop Hoods
Hilltop Hoods are a cool hip-hop band from Australia. They've got some free tracks for download on their website, though to be honest they don't really do the band justice. For that you should check out the songs Nosebleed Section and Hard Road, the latter of which you can hear on the audio section of their website. Well worth the listen!
